At Pets Zone, we strive to ensure that you and your furry friends are satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility:
- Time Frame: You can return unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of your purchase date with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
- Condition: Products must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible for a return. Items that are opened, used, or not in the condition they were received in will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Process:
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, unsuitable for use, or not as described on our website, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. All claims for shortages, damages, incorrect products, or returns must be made within 1 day of delivery.

- Charges: Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and for ensuring the item is insured during shipment.
- Responsibility: Pets Zone is not responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipment, and we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
