At Petszone, we strive to deliver your pet essentials as quickly and safely as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Delivery Areas
- Cairo & Giza: Same-day delivery available
- Other Egyptian Governorates: Delivery within 2–5 business days
2. Same-Day Delivery (Cairo & Giza)
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed in Cairo and Giza, subject to the following conditions:
- Order must be placed before 1:00 PM
- Available Saturday through Thursday
- Not available on Fridays and public holidays
3. Shipping Fees
- Cairo & Giza: Shipping fees calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above the minimum order value shown at checkout.
- Other Governorates: Fees vary by location and are displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery Timeframes

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to follow your delivery status.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will contact you. After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us and re-delivery charges may apply.
