Orders & Delivery
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery in Cairo and Giza for orders placed before 1:00 PM, Saturday through Thursday. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on Fridays will be delivered the next working day.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We also offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — check your cart for current thresholds.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. All products sold at Petszone are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorised distributors and brand partners in Egypt.
Do you stock products for specific breeds?
Yes, we carry a range of breed-specific food, particularly from Royal Canin, which has tailored formulas for many dog and cat breeds. Browse our collection or contact us for guidance.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery and major credit/debit cards. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We do not store your card details on our servers.
